On behalf of the Executive, I'd like to welcome you to the 2024 BACHE FM conference here at Loughborough University. I hope you enjoy the program of events the BACHE FM executive and ln Any Event have pulled together for the conference.
The executive has organised a packed couple of days of interesting keynote sessions, focus groups and a few new ideas which we hope you will enjoy and more importantly take back to your institutions helping to improve the service levels we all provide and we are sure you will enjoy the program.
The aim of conference is to enable sharing of best practice and to provide you with opportunities to network with colleagues from other institutions and exhibitors. We have carefully selected distributors and manufacturers and asked them to bring new technologies to share with you at conference and we would encourage you to speak to as many as you can.
I wish you all an enjoyable and productive time at the Conference.

I would also like to thank our speakers, the exec. team and Inany event as well as our exhibitors and sponsors. Without any of these elements this would not be possible. I would however like to thank you all for joining us because without our members we have no conference.
